Firstly you should check the status of your "profile" if your profile status is "live" but the profile is not appearing when you try to search for it,check that the words you are searching for appear in the text of your profile and ensure the spelling is correct.
First thing to check is if there is a red error message at the top of the page.Error Message: We cannot find an existing member with this email address.In this case double check that your email address has been entered correctly. Make sure there are no spaces,no extra dots. Also: Have you entered .co.uk instead of .com by mistake? Do you have another email address you might have used, for example a work address?
In some cases we ask members to verify their identity. This might be by telephone or by post, or sometimes we can do this as a result of a payment you have made to upgrade your membership.While we are going through the verification process, you might find that your access to some areas of the site is restricted. We do this as part of our efforts to make kokomatch as safe as we possibly can.
Sometimes it can be unclear why a particular registration was sent for review. To keep kokomatch safe and trustworthy, our system is designed to carefully monitor registrations for anything that might violate our policies. This means a large number of registrations are reviewed ( in fact all registrations are reviewed) before appearing on our site, with most being approved promptly. We appreciate your understanding that these steps are essential to protect our community. We are committed to reviewing registrations as quickly as possible to minimise delays.
First go to "My Profile" page within "My Account" area. Here you will then be able to view your details etc, and change/amend/ delete items.
